I think they are basically the same from 2018 onwards. You get the map switch on the 20 which I don't know if I would ever use. If you can find a deal on the GYTR CNC head its worth the price of admission. I still have my 2011 YZ with the GYTR head and cams and it pulls harder than my 2018 with the stock top end. If the 11 had E start I'd still be riding it full time.

2018 FX is the 2010-2017 motor. the 2018F and 2019+ F/FX are a different mill. The cams are specific to the years also (14/15, 16/17/18FX)

azquadparts.com sells a 500cc CP 13.5:1 piston, with athena cylinder, and gaskets complete, they can also get you the cams. I have now built 6 yz500 with these kits, they are rock solid and pull awesome everywhere.

plan on adding +2 to +3 fuel everywhere and doing a bit of ignition adv +2ish everywhere to burn the extra fuel you are adding to match the stage 2 cam lift/duration.
