General admission for spectators is $ 5.00 per adult. Gate admission to the Swap and Show area is $ 10.00 per adult per day.
- nothing extra to Show, and $ 45.00 for Swap per space per NON-COMMERCIAL Individuals which covers a p/u truck and a four place trailer up to 45 ft. combined.

Description
Everyone will be required to have an arm band this year Available AT REGISTRATION IN THE A_1 TENT.
Otherwise you may be escorted to the gate to pay again if you don't have an arm band on.
We Sincerely Appologize for sounding harsh, but our insurance carrier requiries that we do this and we don't want to lose our event because folks don't follow the required protocol. Thank-you.


Please Register at the A-1 Tent. The tent will be the source for Shirts and Jackets, a place to ask about seat recovering, and see all the Pictures from 9 years worth of A-1 Events - a trip down memory lane.

Friday Swap & Show starts at 8:00 am till 3:00 pm.
Friday Program starts at 4:00 pm with guest speakers
Friday Pot-Luck Buffet Dinner starts at 6:00 pm approxiamately
Friday 6:30 - 9:00 pm music by a live Disc Jockey

Saturday start of Swap & Show is 8:00 am till 3:00 pm.
Awards at approxiamately 3:00 pm on Saturday

2009 - A new change for Show - If participating in the show of snow machines for awards, they must be placed in the specified Show area and not at your swap space if you are swapping parts as well.
There will be no fee for showing.
Participants registered for showing must attend the awards presentation on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm.

EVENT DETAILS


In 2008 we had approximately 400 swappers and vendors from all over the USA and Canada.

We don’t always know the exact number of show sleds as the swappers also show their machines and don't always register them. In 2008 we believe there was around 100 Show Only Sleds. This doesn't include the ones in the vending area.

Special Guest(s) for this year's A-1 Show and Swap will be a surprise - be there to find out who they are!!

The most misunderstood part of the A-1 event is that most people think it is for snowmobiles and nothing else. That is not the case as the A-1 Swap Meet includes motorcycles, mini-bikes, ATV's, PWC’s, paraphenalia and a whole lot more!

And no, there is not only vintage stuff, but the Swap Meet also covers Antique Machines to Modern, New Machines and Parts for all sorts of Power Sports items .

Please note that A-1 Upholstery & Repair will be open, on-site, the day of the event .

There is also LOTS of door prizes - last year we gave out approxiamately 54! Thanks to our Generous Sponsors!

In 2009 - Rick Mears may be bringing out a Villeneuve Indy Car (not yet confirmed)

A lot of people asked how that fits into a snowmobile event.
The answer is that at A-1, we love motor sports and people need a change at an event. If you keep bringing out the same stuff year to year, people may get bored with the event.
