Let me first start off by saying if you have not tried a Rush, please get out this winter and try one. Even if you are a loyal customer to other manufacturers, you owe it to yourself as a sledder to experience something this unique. I bought this sled mid season and put about 500 miles on it. The first thing i noticed is that it will take a little getting use to. Having ridden on an edge chassis for a few years now, there is a big change in the seating position. The Rush is much more comfortable and ergonomic in the sense of not tiring you out after a long days ride. The Walker Evans shocks are a must have and big improvement on the performance of this sled. The 600 motor is strong with plenty of torque. I was averaging about 13.5 mpg. The new disc brake works extremely well allowing for a better stop. Handling of this sled is extremely nice, do get inside ski lift when exiting a turn, but with the Walker Evans a few clicks to stiffen the front end and the ski lift is virtually eliminated. Upgraded to a mid height windshield after the first ride. The low stock windshield allows the wind to hit you directly in the chest making for a cold ride. Also added hand guards to block the wind and keep the hands warm, plus they look great on this sled. The dealership recommended upgrading to an 8" runner for better steer, after the 500 miles I agree a longer runner would be an improvement. The only complaint is the lack of storage but Polaris has address this issue with new items for 2012. The under seat bag is nice for tools and spark plugs, but it is not waterproof. I believe Polaris came out with a waterproof liner for this bag. Overall this sled rocks and can not wait for the winter season to start. Love the RUSH!!!
