check clutch temps to make sure you are not pulling the belt down in the secondary,another way is with a small camera to take video of clutching to see if the they are shifting to fast.it would probably pay to have it run on a track dyno to be able to see transmission function.that is a place to start a motor not tuned right can produce the same results.
