kris not starting a pissing match, but i would like to know how you are going to divide the advertised $80,000 purse.? i would like to know before i drive 1,200 miles to haydays. hope i didnt offend anyone with what i am saying. kris, all i am asking is a "breakdown" on how you will pay the FINALS at haydays in the pro classes. last year i got 75 dollars for a 4th place finish in one of the largest entry classes there. prostock 800.? just a question (not a kick to anyone`s face.) GREG THOMAS 330 301 5370. THANK YOU. GT RACING. BIG/LITTLE GREG!

I totally agree. I think this is what is killing all racing. big purse prizes are always annouced but when you start coming home with $100 per class there is a problem. This nothing against cosdra i'm saying all races in general. I have never had any bad dealings with cosdra. I just believe that before any race with purse prize there should be some layout of where the money will be going.

Not complaining just saying I was a little disappointed. I thought with the purse, there would have been more money. I'm not in it for the money but.. I drove 10 hours to get to the race and will do it again. We will see what 1st pays next race lol..I am also considering Haydays so the pay out would be good to know. All and All it was a very good race and I'm sure the next one will even be better

this is a very good post. how about when a race has a bonus of let's say $15,000. then the race gets rained outor somehow canceled, then at the next race the bonus is only $8,000. now where did the 15,000 go from the last race.

I could never understand why they paid so much at haydays for the amature classes. You have experienced racers racing and setting up sleds for trail stock to try to win that money. Take it away and there would probably be more amature racers. Transfer that money to the pro classes and there would probably be more racers there too. Will someone from the sno-barons post exactly why they pay money in an amature class. If you get paid to do something arent you considered a pro? In just about every other sport you are.

I don't agree at all with not paying the amateur's there fair share. Remember most of the pro's are sponsored and without the amateur's they will never turn into pro's. The whole point of this is people should know at least the minimum payout's for 1st, 2nd, 3rd before they drive 10hrs.

I would also like to see the payouts per class. This will decide for us if we can afford to go or not. This would definately be great for the sport and bring it closer to car racing with an advertised purse that actually pays as read. In example if pro 1000 reads $1200.00 to win, then its pretty cut and dry. This gives something to race for , not total purse advertisement. I sure hope this moves us in the right direction? Thanks in advance Pat Klingeman www.northeastohiodyno.com

You'll probably get the payout list the same time you get the lab tested fuel results from last year. LMFAO

I think its a good idea to to know what the payout is in every class , especially when you have to travel such a great distance . but bashing them will add no value to this sport . Benji

I agree 100% on the professional level of racing payouts are NOT something that go up and down like the stock market this should be set in stone. Especially @ a big event like haydays that has a gauranteed purse. What can we all look foward to chris/cosdra if anyone of us take the winners circle.2nd.3rd.etc.etc. (pro and am. classes) Thanks little Greg Thomas. And remember northeastohiodyno.com for all your dyno tuning needs! Hi Pat

Kris and I talked about this the other night and he is planning on it. The only problem is it would be an estimated payout because the exact number was not told to him until he got to Minnesota last year. Hope this helps. TB

Is MSDRS still supporting COSDRA and putting on Haydays or is COSDRA going at it alone?

Agreed but if its 100% back then it should be easy. Say 50% 1st 25% 2nd 15% 3rd and 10% 4th plus bonus purse.
