If you have any interest in snowmobiling in New York, you need to know that DEC (Department of Environmental Conservation) is in the process of trying to close hundreds of miles of trails in the Adirondacks, in the area of Speculator, NY. It figures that now that we have $100.00 registration fees in New York, and now that they have STOLEN $1 million from our trail development fund, that they would now want to close trails!!! We need to fight this!! There is an on-line petition going, anyone from any state can sign the petition.
