November 1, 2011 Based on consumer feedback Ski-Doo has redesigned its Helium boots for better fit and performance. The boots now feature a more vertical upper section compared to the forward slant in 2010/11. This provides a more comfortable position when riding and walking. The layers of material used to construct the boots have been changed for flexibility and easier movement too. In addition, the gusset area has been redesigned to prevent water / snow intrusion when leaning back or extending your foot. Cost is $179.99. More info:
