News

Round 2 of the AMA Championship Snow Bike Series takes place at Utah’s Morgan County Fairgrounds Jan. 14. It will be the first ever snow bike race in Utah.

The fairgrounds are located at 500 Commercial St. in Morgan, UT (Exit 103 off I-84). The race runs pretty much all day on that Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It costs $10 for spectators 13 years and older while kids 12 and under are free.

Morgan is about 20 minutes east of Ogden in central Utah and is right off I-84. The race course will be approximately one mile long with jumps, bumps and right and left hand turns.

Saturday’s AMA Championship event will feature premier classes for men and women as well as racers older than 40, kids 6-15 on mini snow bikes, adults on mini snow bikes and an all new Open class for machines with motors over 531cc. Racers need to be an AMA member to race. You can get an annual membership at the event for $49 or a weekend membership for $20.
