The Moody Powder Pushers’ 27th annual Scoot & Shoot, one of the most unique snowmobile events in the snowbelt, is scheduled for Jan. 21 in eastern Idaho’s Madison County trail system.
The event combines target shooting with snowmobiling. Participants ride to a specified location, get off their sleds and shoot at targets. There are Mens, Womens, Youth and Pee Wee shooting divisions as well as a dart division.
Registration runs Friday, Jan. 20, from 6-8:30 p.m. and then again on Saturday, Jan. 21, from 8 a.m. until noon. Registration Friday is at the AmericInn in Rexburg, ID. There is an awards ceremony and dinner that Saturday evening, also at the AmericInn, beginning at 6 p.m.
