Feb. 3, 2005 - - Polaris Industries has renewed and extended its contract with Chief Executive Officer Tom Tiller.
The new agreement runs through 2006. Tiller became Polaris' president and CEO in 1998 after 15 years in management posts at several companies. Tiller has also established a stock trading plan under a Securities and Exchange Commission rule to sell 500,000 shares of his Polaris common stock.
